I am not saying we’re not a “threat” but we certainly are “streaky” 30 points scored one game and 3 in another is the trend. The question for us is when and where will it show up.

Your defensive ends have shown up every game. It’s a nice recipe for success

Drives can go on for longer times with guys running every where. A lot of broken/ missed tackles....I think this code is even tougher for injuries. I sit technically guys with arm and hand injuries and my athletic guys if they have leg or ankle injuries.

Sometimes I even sit young guys that extra game so they fully recover (to 100) to lower the chances for another injury. But really it’s those physical and long drives taking a toll. My fatigue levels have been lowered a tad....good or bad it does seem harder to manage

Out of the back of my head i'd say 4 returns were about the same. Straight through the middle. Completely untouched besides running over the Kicker, all with a lane you could fly a plane through. I think i've seen already quite a few touchdown saving tackles by Kickers aswell.

i just noticed that i have a LB returning kicks and he has 2 touchdowns lol. he has 92 kick catching and shouldn't fumble to much, but his stats otherwise don't scream "Returner".

Sometimes I wonder the most important traits for the Kick return team . Or for the kickoff team but both I have invested a lot of time on and completely ignored at one time or another.

I like my kick returner to have some speed and or size to break extra tackles . After that I like carry or avoid fumble. The blockers I like to be a bit specific as they are all run blockers with more speed for the upbacks.

Then I see stuff like this and am glad I haven’t looked at special teams too deep yet this season. Because I think it is pretty random in general but others have said kick catching makes them better. So I will have to look into that One a bit more deeper .

I know for punt returners kick catching allows them to field the punt easily. Catching it clean and getting them moving forward quicker ....something like that but I don’t see why that can’t play out on kick returns as well.
