I just meant that there's a rhythm to the game of v4.5 vs. v4.6. Eventually if you're overpowering the opposing offense and they can't move the ball on you it'll transform to your offense turbo boosting and the other team can't withstand. 3 and outs, no rushing yards, harmless incomplete passes that put no stress on you and then the flip side you put pressure with your offense on their D.....it'll eventually avalanche. Game over.
Especially if the opposing team is blowing out their main play maker with a 1-runner system. There's a rhythmic dance with v4.6 It's chaos. Opposing QB fumbled out of nowhere on a run in this one (on the snap) and there's no rhythm.
As for the game...
That's why 4.5 is boring and 4.6 is a challenge. Much like the real NFL, you are rarely completely out of a game OR in complete control. It seems very few Head Coaches go for the jugular and are content to try and run down the clock and inevitably end up going 3 and out. There are definitely games where I'd rather be trailing by 10 than leading by 10 going into the 4th quarter.
Momentum is a key element in real life and appears to have a big impact in 4.6 (or at least until someone 'cracks the code' and works out the inevitable glitches)
