Thanks, I thought you were the better team early, but the longer the game went on momentum seemed to switch to us. Mind you, we made a right pigs ear of running the clock down and expected to get punished with a go ahead TD for you - fortunately (for us), it never materialised.

Now we have to find a way past the Incas.....

Good game Incas, I thought we should've won this one. We looked to be in control until we missed the long field goal try - I wanted us to punt, but we were playing at altitude so went for it. That let you off the hook. Spangles two interceptions came early in the fourth as he tried to force a couple of passes to get us going.

Then he (Spangler) puts together the best drive of the game and gets controversially knocked out of the game on a strip sack, (which he recovered) only for the DL to roll him up - we felt it was a late hit and unnecessary roughness, but the Zebras let it go. Would we have won the game without the injury, who knows - sad way to end a season though.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MACHU PICHU INCAS AND THE AZORES ATLANTEANS

The first teams to make it to a second Victory Bowl. Azores do it in back to back season after a walk off 53 yard field goal as time expired gave them the win. The Incas lost on their only appearance ('82) going down to Derweze and the two teams who met in the first Victory Bowl (The Fields of Anfield Road and Bermuda Triangles) lost to last minute gut punch plays.

Can the Incas get a League title or will the Atlanteans retain the title....

Great game, Admiral! I can't disagree that you should have won.

Regardless, it was a fun watch with loads of drama: weird plays, turnovers, penalties at inopportune times, and a near-last-minute drive for the win.

But I'll take luck and hope it stays with me for the league championship!

Great game, ray!

You shut me down most of the game and were clearly the better team.

I'll use this 7-day sim pause to soul search and come back stronger! :)
