Good battle Captains, first half was a game of 'don't blink' with neither defense prepared to concede ground.

We've not played well at home this season, this therefore was a big step in the right direction.

Good game Hellfire. Kinda tough to beat a team of your caliber with 15 to 20 injured players. My DT's were 4th and 5th stringers. Finally got rookie DE Zavala back, all the other DE's were backups. 3 starters on offensive line. Secondary, linebackers, etc grrrrr.

GG Moon. I don't think I've ever seen an injury list like that ever before. I hope my team didn't catch your injury bug - we got 7 new injuries after that game. Hope you get healed up & good luck the rest of the way.

Is your poor discipline = more injuries theory stacking up?

I think in this version you need to be able to rotate your OL and DL more often as drives tend to last longer. Which in turn means you need plenty of depth in those spots.

ive lowered the fatgue rates from around 55 to more like 50. Also starting to get some players back after my game with Alabama with only a few minor injuries in that one. Giving my backups a chance to improve. I would have been surprised with this many wins without all the injuries. I made a lot of moves in the offseason. Pick3d up arguelles and zavala to improve d line and arguelles just missed 3 or 4 games and zavala missed one or 2. Im just wondering when the wheels will fall off. This is not a really good team and i m thinking i should have more like 4 wins instead of 7

As for the injuries I'm thinking discipline MAY have to do with those players who keep having them. Out for 4 games; gets healed up gets injured first game back for several more games, that sort of thing. I can't test my theory out very much because I don't draft, trade for or pick up in free agency anyone lower than 70 discipline and preferably 80 and if i do out of absolute necessity they dont play often and are gone as soon as someone else is available and is financially feasible. Kind of the vince lombardi school of coaching.

When you say 'gets healed up' are they back to 100% or still carrying the injury at say 80. Do you ease players back in by putting them as back up on the depth chart for a week or two or throw them straight back in as a starter?
