Welcome to the Victory Football League, the eagle=eyed amongst you will have noticed this League will be using the most up to date game engine on MFN. We are running the same system as the Beta League MFN-1.

This is NOT a test League though, we will just get the latest updates as they are being tested. MFN-1 is currently working on finding a solution to the Punt Block exploit. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but there have been and still are some issues with that..

The game itself plays slightly differently to the standard 4.5 code sim engine, if nothing else you can get a glimpse of how the standard game will play when it goes to the masses.

There are a few rules that I would like your input on, so please take the time to vote on each poll so that you are fully aware of the League set up prior to the dispersal draft.

I aim for the League's initial draft to begin on Monday 8th July - I will try to find a time slot that fits with the majorities time zones eg I am UK based so have a 5? hour difference to the USA. It may prove to be tricky but the dispersal draft is very important and I would prefer as many people as possible to be drafting live.

Anyway, that's enough for now, so head on over to the voting threads. I'll leave them open for 7 days and then set the League up the way the majority want it (any ties and I'll have the deciding vote).

Oh and just in case anyone is wondering I did not look at the draft order as I was inputting the teams and was extremely fortunate to find myself with the #2 slot overall. The downside is I don't pick again until #63.

a note to us in the western hemisphere the 8th is a wednesday. so will it be the 6th for us on monday or the 8th wednesday, thanks bud

Simply put. If I have draft picks in the US evenings, you'll see a bot drafting.

It's 6-9 hours time difference for me to east/west coast US and while I don't mind setting the alarm an hour earlier in the morning, I simply cannot stay up later in the evening.

well since no one seems to want to answer i guess i can wait and see

what the game shows you as a start date will be the date. weds the 8th in the states.. dont worry about anyone else.. their devices will change their times accordingly to the draft date.
