Interesting move here and for the team in general. One thing “worked” on for this code is the effectiveness of smaller players vs bigger players. You are a great user so there is no doubt the code will be put to the test but my bets are a championship will be further away with this style of team building . But it will be fun to see the results either way. Good luck!
