No name changes, it confuses me trying to work out who drafted who?

After the draft is done, I have no objections, but it annoys me to no end when it happens during the draft.

I've never cared enough to follow draft picks, but couldn't you just add a note for players you want to follow? An asterisk would let you know you have a note on that player.
(Just trying to think outside the box to help.)

Si this tread mean that every one of us could change thé name if his players, even if they are in thé League since few years ?
I never changed a name. But if it's possible, for me, it would be just one Time, After thé draft, by thé manager who drafted hum.

You can only change a players name once, after the draft and prior to pre-season. Only rookies can have a name change (with the exception of the dispersal draft.)

I rename most everyone I can, and here are some things I have found out about naming players:

* During the allocation draft, everyone can be renamed, however, all non rookies must be renamed during the draft.

* Training camp is the cutoff date to name players. Once the training camp sim runs, names are locked in

* The default name machine is severely limiting

* I am in several leagues that use unlimited names and I've never seen an issue with an inappropriate name being used

Regarding my first point, there may be a brief window post draft to rename veterans, but I wouldn't count on it. I have been burned before waiting to name someone, only to find I couldn't.

One thing I'll try to do, but not promise, is to make a team page post with the original names of my picks and their new names so people who track picks will at least have a point of reference.
