Under Misc Options adjust your fatigue to a higher rate. I rarely ever have players being pulled out of position or not from positional depth chart. I keep mine around 75

Once you pull your starters after 1 or 2 quarters then the reserves will still get most of the reps. You should always be three deep at key positions anyways.


Thats an interesting approach. I like to set mine between 35 and 45 for the fatigue setting and set my depth charts 7 to 11 guys deep. Overlapping reserve players and keeping the who I want to play more higher in that chart.

That would be ok if you have a lot of players at the same skill but if you dont then your not going to utilize your best players enough, unless of course you just mean for the preseason games.

During the season tho your going to want a higher number for this setting to ensure that your better players are getting most of the playing time
