Arm Strength (QB)

Does it get higher with experience or it is what it is for his career?

If you look at the bar, the red line will point to where it is. If there is a blue segment, that amount is how much it is expected to grow.

However, I looked for an example of this on a player and I couldn't find any player with potential for growth in arm strength. This is a more interesting question than I anticipated.

I figured arm strength should get stronger as they got older.
Rookie up to a certain point at least.

To me at the NFL level arm strength is what it is. There is no improving it. So if this game never improves it then I understand why. Accuracy on the other hand can always improve.

Thanks for the response. Yes, accuracy also plays a role but strength is the subject.
In routes, out patterns and back shoulder fades take strength to get the ball there quickly before the CB can defend. Ball needs to be (on time). Not too many College QB's get better at this until their 3rd year. Their accuracy is there, but don't have the strength to thread the needle.
Getting stronger does happen in the first few years of being a Pro.

Sort of 'to do with this..' I have seen QBs with massive arm strength and throw missiles.....my question is this, like the NFL does this make catching hard thrown ***** more difficult to catch, my suspicion is yes it does.

If it hits them in the hands, they drop it, whose fault is it? He's a receiver....imo :)

Oh yeah, definitely, but if that WR has something like 70 in catching and a QB has 100 in strength and throwing, its going to be a mis-match, hence we see mediocre QBs playing like Aaron Rodgers, because they are more on the same level as their WRs.
I see zero point to having a stud QB without at least two stud WRs, from what I've seen.

Revised the above statement for Gus' team :)
