If you are looking to build a team from scratch, you don't like players that you inherited when you picked up the team, then Parody is the perfect league for you, we will start the allocation draft soon. Tired of being in a league with few owners and minimal forum activity, Parody is waiting till the league is completely full to start the allocation draft. If you don't like to see tanking and inactive owners and lopsided trades Parody has rules in place for all three listed below. Best of all the logos are the best you will find out there.
1. Tanking: Tanking on purpose will not be tolerated in this league as you're required to start your players at their appropriate positions and must play your best players barring injury. You're also required to utilize all plays available in order to succeed. The first infraction will be a warning with the 2nd being immediate termination of ownership.
2. Away List:Owners that expect to be away for an extended time period, longer than 5 days, should place their names on the list to notify the league. If they do, depending on the time of absence their team will be held for them, if it's a long absence they'll be given priority when they return. A GM that hasn't logged in after 7 days will be kicked from the league if there's been no notification and there is someone on the waiting list. 10 days will be given if there's no notification and there isn't an GM on the waiting list. All owners will be sent a warning PM if they're close to being kicked. If an owner doesn't notify the list of the absence or a league representative they'll be restricted from joining in the future pending a review by the 2 league reps and me.
Trading RulesThere will be NO trades in rounds 1-26 of the allocation draft. After rounds 26 trading will be allowed.
Trades that are unfair or egregious can be asked to be reviewed by any member of the league within 24 hours of the trade. There will be a trade committee consisting of 4 GM's. I will be the tiebreaker in the event there is a tie between the committee. Voting will be open for 24 hours from when the trade is asked to be reviewed. If a member of the committee misses the voting 5 times, they will be replaced.
