Don't bother engaging, Mcarovil. You've played the game at a high level with an over-flowing trophy case of championships.

Did you just call him a dinosaur?

In the game he posts, his team runs 13 times, throws 41 times. The other team runs 28 times and throws 42 times. It's MUCH easier to defend vs. his team. Simple as that.

I know how to game plan... and 95% of the owners in the leagues I'm in know how to game plan.
I don't think game planning is the problem at all. I think it's one of three things...
1: DB's are over powered.
2: WR's are nerfed
3: Both 1 and 2

And the endless loop will continue until the spreadsheet nerds get that figured out.

You're kidding, right? I must have missed the part where you referred to one of the game's best as a dinosaur.

I'm disengaging now as I've made my points and you're not worth my time LAMB-asting. :P

No, you're disengaging because you know you're making a fool of yourself. I ASKED if you were calling him a dinosaur.

His backup QB has 54 arm strength and it seems like he's throwing medium throws all day. jdb said in another topic (or earlier in this, I'm not 100% certain), that the longer you ask your QB to throw, the more arm strength is a requirement to avoid turnovers.

Those other 6 are still quite high for the starter, but again; he's throwing all day long and it's pretty much all medium passes he gets picked off from the 5 wide formation. It's not rocket science. Defense is set up to match him and it wins the game.

That, and games with amount of turnover that seem unreal do happen from time to time.

Do not let the dinosaur provoke you, Lamba.

They obviously all think they are reincarnations of Bill Belichick so it MUST be a broken engine if they lose with 80% pass plays into double coverages. It could not be a bad offense game plan, it MUST be a bad work by jdavidbakr.

You're a know it all, whom knows nothing at all.

Just keep blowing hard in the thread and speaking as if you're the Grand Puba of MFN with your two months experience.

You're partially right. Losses can be the result of bad game planning. But.... The last 3 releases the game planning didn't change. No new plays were added. The only things that changed was work done by jdb.
INT's are way up. WR receptions are way down overall. RB's and TE's are higher than they should be and actually lead some leagues in receptions.

If a team gets behind and can't use medium and long passes to try and catch up then why bother playing? 3rd and longs do happen.

I only can speak out of my experience. And at my team in the NCAA I use many medium passes (and a few long passes). And my QB only threw 3 picks in 8 regular season games. So I cannot see a general interception problem.
And yes, the WR receptions are lower as in 0.4.3. But on the other hand WR's now make much more yards due to DB's pass interferences than before. And that is very realistic in my opinion.
