Changing rollover time

Here in the UK we entered what you folks on the other side of the pond refer to as Daylight Savings last weekend. After one coach missed the rollover deadline as a result of the clocks going back an hour (obviously UTC never moves) after midweek had run.

The sim was already scheduled to run at 8am so ran properly, but then we entered midweek an hour later. Looks like the timer checks for the hour to run the turn rather than the date.

Supplemental request: it'd be really helpful for league admins to be able to adjust the calendar dates for weeks to be run. Instead of "delay sim by a day" could we have "run next sim on [INSERT DATE]"?

We are "falling back" an hour this weekend in the States, perhaps this will resolve itself then?

The sim operates in UTC to avoid any issues with DST. So are you saying your league ran twice in the span of two hours?

Ah, I see, you changed the sim time before the time change and so it doubled up the sim schedule. Yeah, right now it will look for the next time after the sim has run. I'm not exactly sure why it skipped a day, though.

Here's the sequence of events:

Midweek rollover. Next game auto-scheduled for 8am the following day.
Admin changes rollover time to an hour later. This doesn't change the schedule.
Game rollover. Next midweek auto-scheduled for 9am the same day.
Admin pushes next game out by a day to resynchronise with schedule.

So yes, we had 2 rollovers in 2 hours. After the game had run the system looked for the next 9am available and found it was 59 minutes later, rather than 24 hours 59 minutes, which is what was expected.
