This is the 4th time I had coaches signed that I didn’t offer a contract too. I’m baffled and the new coaches ****.

only thing i can think of is that the person who had that team before you wanted to fire his coach and replace that coach with the one who was hired .

If that is not the case i have no idea/clue why that happened

Does the cash flow/coach cap ever decrease?

Or does it increase year to year like the players salary cap?

Would the AI alter a coaching staff if it was above the "coaching cap" heading into a new season?

Just some random thoughts ..

I will let JDB confirm, but my personal observation has been that the coach cap increases each season.

Supposedly it can decrease. It is based on game attendance. Successful teams will have a loyal fan base, and can spend more on coaches.
