Trade / Drafted players goes to wrong team

These two GM's made this trade at the last second which may be the cause of the issue.

Washington received the 1:14 draft pick from Carolina, drafted the a player and that player ended up on Carolina's team.

Not sure if jdb can move the player and his contract back to Washington or not.
If not, I can have Carolina void the players contract and have Washington sign him for the rookie contract amounts. But wanted to report this as a bug in case there is something that can be fixed.
