Maybe I should rethink hiring a kicker coach who turns down a $14 million contract to work for $1.1 million?

I get the security of a 6 year contract vs 3 years but all he had to do was survive half of 1 season at big money to earn what he'll earn this whole contract.

***?

here is the 2 teams in question

New York (N) = https://mfn32.myfootballnow.com/team/view/18
Oakland = https://mfn32.myfootballnow.com/team/view/3

here is that coach who turned down 14 million to accept 1 Million

Timmy Rafael = https://mfn32.myfootballnow.com/coach/703

i am posting this here because i think this is a BUG.

Sorry, I keep forgetting about the bug box. I should have posted this right after it happened but my mind was blown by this lol. If it's not a bug then these AI coaches need to be drug tested.

Maybe he just wanted to stay in Oakland and not make the move to NY...? :D

Edit:
Aah! I just saw that it wouldn't have been that big of a move for him. My poor attempt at a joke backfired! Big time!! :D

Or it could be by total chance
Like in my league MFN-83 where my TE coach retires and the overall top 5 "projected" picks are TE's.
Coincidence?

Looking at those contract numbers, $6,666,666 for 6 years, maybe he is a huge Iron Maiden fan.

Is it possible that you didn't have enough cash flow to make the offer? Unlike players, you can never overspend on a coach, they will automatically reject the offer if it takes you over your cash flow limit.

I am getting this in all my more established leagues where my coaches were signed under the old system . ....where I refused to let the system redistribute the wages .
