Coaching Salaries

I don't know if this qualifies as a bug or not but, in MFN 32 I am getting a message about my coaching salaries being askewed. My salaries are following the structure of HC > OC/DC > Pos Coaches. I don't mind having the system restructure, I'm just curious as to why they need to be.
