Slider Speed

Is it possible to slow down this ultra fast slider speed in game planning?
Without having to go adjust my mouse speed every time I log into MFN.
Not sure it's possible but if it is, it would be nice. Cause right now trying to adjust the sliders to the number you want is painful.
