Coaches should all have a fixed Discipline attribute. This would add a bonus (or a negative if it's under 50) to their position group's Discipline attribute (with the same %s of impact for HC, DC/OC, Positional as is normally applied). However, higher Disc would also dramatically slow player happiness growth (and vice versa). Player happiness should then also grant a small passive bonus (players play harder for coaches they like), and have more tiers to show its present level. It could also potentially be used as a small bonus/penalty to chances a FA will sign with you if multiple contracts are offered (players prefer to play for a 'player's coach' versus a harsh disciplinarian... even if ultimately they 99% just want the most money) or how much a player will re-sign for.

To piggyback on this i wish the offense or defense we want to run would add a bonus if you have more coaches with the same offense or defense or a negative if you have more coaches who are have a different offense or defense from each other.

for example

MFN 1 = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/team/16

General Based offense =
1st one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/530
2nd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/724

Pass Focused Offense =
1st one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/1262
2nd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/1538
3rd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/1209

Possession Offense
1st one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/1208
2nd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/549

Run Focused Offense =
1st one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/399
2nd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/122
3rd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/2017

West Coast Offense =
1st one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/803
2nd one = https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/coach/473

Basically because there are 3 Pass Focused Offense and Run Focused Offenses that is most likely will be run for that team

yet lets say there is 8 west coast offense coaches awhile 4 Run focused offenses and i am trying to run a run focused offense then i should get a negative

Yet if the roles are reversed and i have 8 run focused offense awhile only 4 west coast offense and i am trying to run a run focused offense then i should get a positive.

hopefully i explained my piggyback idea good enough to where people can understand what i am trying to say.

Yes.....
Because it's always the Coaches' fault the team loses
