If every player was as PERFECT AND GREAT as everyone THINKS they should be, we would have NO LOSERS!!

NOTE: There are none! Even in real life!

How would that be better?? We would ALL be 0-0-16, right?
Getting a little ridiculous, is it not??

I definitely understand that. . and that's not what I want, nor it is what I'm asking for. I just want the players in this game to be capable of making REGULAR plays that are made over and over throughout the course of REGULAR football games. I'm not asking for or suggesting anything spectacular or unreasonable.

The biggest issue to me is not even that the QB missed that throw/read/checkdown or whatever else you want to call it. . the biggest issue is that it seems to happen with a regularity, even with top level QBs. I haven't even brought up the head-scratching things that happen, like bombs into triple coverage that are magically caught by a 59/63 WR who is being covered by multiple guys who are, according to their ratings, supposed to be great in man-coverage. . which again happens on a regular basis.

So what happens when a team is struggling at QB, and decides to give up a sizable amount of assets (picks, players. . **** even cap space) to trade for or sign a franchise QB. Then you're stuck with what should be a game-changing, or franchise-changing, player that doesn't play at the level he should. Does that happen in real life?! Yes. But there needs to be a balance within the sim. . and in my opinion that's something that we currently lack.

Or when my elite QB gets out-thrown by a 60-rated QB, who's throwing to an equally mediocre cast of receivers.

lol yeah my 96/96 CB got torched for 100+ yards and 2 TDs vs a 61/62 WR last game.... and i played man to man. I mean my CB is 99 speed, 100 man to man coverage 100 zone coverage. 100 acceleration 99 intelligence.

HOW IN THE WORLD can a 61 WR torch him ?
my CB : http://cust28.myfootballnow.com/player/2075

I have Tucson in that league. . in case you want to trade him to me ;)

I've had a **** good CB-tandem in that league, but my 9th year vet just turned 30, and is quickly in decline. . he's probably got a season left. My 4th-year CB is Elite as well, and he's finally got his turn to step up as our #1 corner. I could use somebody to take the vets place once he retires. I've got a nice stock-piles of draft picks.

yeah well I think I'll keep him even tho he's the CB who allowed the most receptions and yards this season. thats kinda funny because I'd like to know what I gotta do to make it stop he's a very good player and he's just getting beat 1 on 1 by crappy WRs. why is that.

same thing happens to my 87 QB which isnt bad but hes outplayed by 56 QB.
Thats the real thorn of this team right now. so many random things happens.
