49ers need to replace Jimmy G he was horrendous. He's always been sub Dalton but he's really holding the team back big time now.

Easily the worst QB in the division. I'm just glad we have Russell Wilson, otherwise Seahawks would likely be 5 or 6 wins this year. Kyler Murray looks about 12 years old but he elevates the Cardinals to perennial playoff contenders. I've always thought Goff was a little over-rated but McVay has given him so many options and protection that he looks better than he is.

Jimmy G will hold the Niners back but not enough to miss the playoffs. Divisional games will be massive this season. I'd like to think Seattle will get one of the 7 playoff spots too but it wouldn't be a major shock to see them finish bottom of the division.

Should be a fun division though. My predictions for the NFC

1. Green Bay - just because of A-Rod, Vikings will fall back, Detroit will beat themselves and the Bears haven't put points on the board since the Superbowl win in '85
2. Dallas - Philly in decline, Giants awful and Washington not ready yet
3. New Orleans - Brees, Thomas, Kamara. They lose the odd shootout here and there but take the division. Project Tom 12 will be a bust in Tampa Bay, Carolina have C-Mac and not much else. Atlanta could push for a playoff spot but the D is woeful. Gurley, Julio, Ridley and Matty Ice should get them at least 9 wins though
4. Arizona! - last hurrah for Larry Fitz
5. Seattle
6. San Francisco
7. LA Rams

AFC: Who cares ;o)

1. Kansas City - Mahomes, Hill, Kelce and the double barrelled rookie RB
2. Baltimore - Lamar Jackson, say no more
3. Buffalo - Should finally emerge from the shadow of New England
4. Tennessee - but only if Derrick Henry stays healthy AND rushes for 2,000+ yards
5. Pittsburgh - keep Ben healthy and they could push the Ravens all the way
6. Raiders - Josh Jacobs should take enough pressure off Carr to enable a playoff push
7. Cincinnati - heavily dependant on Burrow and keeping AJ Green, Ross et al healthy

Shocks! - No Pats - Project Bills the Boss falls apart when Cam falls out with Belichick
No Texans - D-Hop going is going to kill them when Will Fuller has his annual breakdown
No Browns - 'All the gear, but still no idea' - Mayfield benched mid-season and gone next year to be a forever back-up somewhere
No Colts - Project Rivers to Babylon crashes and burns as he remembers how old he is and how limited he's become
