Texas chaos

Anyone else stuck in this Hurricane Harvey ****? Water just went out in our town, probably for another 4-5 days. Words really can't describe just how much water there is.

I apologize for how inactive I've been over the last few days, but it's been pretty harrowing.

One of my brothers lives in Katy and is right in the thick of it. Be safe bud, don't worry about inactivity :)

I live outside Lake Charles(near LeBleu Settlement) we got 14 inches of rain Sunday night into Monday, but we're good here..still got lights and water. We got **** lucky here because Beaumont is only 50 or 60 miles from here and they got smashed... and it ain't over for them or Houston. You're right though...water is everywhere. Stay safe!

Yeah, I've been stuck at work here in Beaumont for 3 days. Thankfully my apartment is a 5 minute commute from my job and we took no damage. But almost everyone I know and work with has had some manner of damage, with literally 10s of thousands of people experiencing total losses.

I know a lot of you guys are older and probably have some old school connections, so if any of you know any contractors, debris cleanup crews, electricians, or handymen who are looking to make an absolute killing over the next couple of years, tell them to strap up their boots and head to Southeast Texas because we're going to have to pretty much rebuild a lot of this.

Thanks for the well wishes. I really appreciate it.
