Are there any user generated draft tools out there that help sort the player data and organize based on individual rating criteria?

Care to elaborate?

I've, low key (under the radar) tried coming up with a good way to prepare for a draft, but have more or less given up on it.

I believe s/he is referring to the CSV. One can use google docs to view.
Myself, I do a hand grid based on positions (prioritized) of need after EFA.
Attributes most weighted to least across top. Player names on the left. Note which players stand out for your needs. Keep volatility low rds1-4.
I circle attributes below what I will accept. 3 or more and no draft (unless laaate, desperate, and they can be used elsewhere hopefully).
If available, those that make my draft board I add, and those that don't I click the "do not draft" button.
Prioritize players in war room.
From there, things will fall into place. There are easier ways of accomplishing this, but I prefer the comprehension I get and the guilty pleasures of doing it like its 1959.. :P
Also lets me know players to watch for LFA, post TC, and when their contract expires with their original team ;)

I always end up just winging it. It's worked out alright'ish, but could (and should) be way better overall in the draft, if I want to be the Patriots of my league.

I download the draft csv, and convert it into a usable format - i use Open office calc, the only thing I add is to download the file twice one with deafult ratings and once with my own - this helps in that you can highlight which players that you rate differently from standard and so my be able to promote or demote in your draft with a though as to how the 'rest' sees them. Ofcourse - the 'rest' all have their own ratings! but its still useful.

This can be tweaked if you are looking for a very specific player - a pass focussed TE etc where you may have a special weight - againhelps identify players you might want to trade up for or may let sit for a later round.

@muttley, do you know how to search a field for say "ran", to separate the runs from the passes?
I use open office also and cant remember how.
Also, how do you download it to highlight your weights? or did I misunderstand

When I download the CSV, it's comma separated, which we don't use in the free world. So I have one line per player with a lot of info and I can't really find a good way to use it.

download to your comp
upload to google docs
