No, we do all the managing and stuff. We're all new to the game. A lot of people from Europe who only have a vague notion about how American football works.

I would systematically review the plays that cause the most INTs and pull them out of your game plan. Without reviewing all of the plays, I would suspect you're using plays that bunch up WRs. Usually INTs are a playcalling thing and not a QB thing.

OK, I took out all my crossing routes, as you suggested in the forums, I'll go back and review the gamelogs and see what plays he's throwing picks on.

you should have done this 1st and then remove plays he is throwing Interceptions on because maybe the plays you removed already may not be the plays he is throwing them on

Compiled the information, not sure what to make of it:

Rebels - I formation Power Play Action HB Downfield (3/1/1, rarely run, very ineffective)
Fools - Singleback Normal PA Rollout (med) (1/1/3, fair amount of calls, effective)
Catastrophe - Singleback Empty 4 TE Corner (0/1/4, never gained yardage)
Crocodiles - Singleback Empty 4 Curl Flats (short) (0/1/4, crossing routes, not very effective)
Minor Chords - Singleback Normal FL Post (med) (1/1/3, rarely run, doesn't do much)
Minor Chords - Singleback Normal Slot WR Cross (med) (1/1/3 crossing route, rarely run, never works)
Minor Chords - Shotgun 4 Wide Slot Drag (short) (1/0/4, rarely run, poor results)
Minor Chords - Shotgun 4 Wide All Curls (short) (1/0/4, rarely run, poor results)
Native Crocs - Singleback Normal Post Corner (med) (1/1/3, used often, effective)
Seattle - Singleback Big TE Flat Curl (short) (1/2/2, used a bit, effective)
Seattle - Singleback Normal Post Corner (med) (1/1/3, used fair amount, effective)
Seattle - Singleback Big PA Curls (short) (1/2/2, used a bit, effective)
Rebels - I Formation Normal Curl & Post (2/1/2, used a bit, effective)
Rebels - Singleback Empty 4 Curl Flats (short) (0/1/4, used a little a bit effective)
Rebels - Singleback Big TE Flat Curl (short) (1/2/2, used a bit, effective)

Except, perhaps, that maybe he need more blocking, that a total of 1 or 2 between TE and RB aren't getting the job done?

<edit>
Showing I have too much time on my hands, I went and watched the replays of his interceptions thinking maybe he was getting picked when he was flushed from the pocket, something like that. Nope. Throwing into double or triple coverage, throwing the ball across the field, an bad overthrow, picked in the flats (somehow not resulting in a pick six either time), all unforced errors like he was some rookie instead of a 10 year veteran. Maybe he has a hidden "thinks he's Brett Favre" stat.

You're on the right path. That's what you do through scouting and analyzing. Look at it from each play set and you can break it down between inside runs, outside runs, short-medium-long passes but what you want to do is streamline your offensive playbook to put out the most effective and explosive 40 plays imaginable.
