FG kicking

I was assuming a defender in the face, or pressure on a kicker would effect the accuracy of his kick.

Does the game work this way? Or something like that?

I would also like to know if your holder and long snapper play a big part in the kicking process? If so how much?

The holder can decrease the kicker accuracy if he is not skilled at holding, but it's fairly minimal. Pressure in the face of the FG kicker doesn't influence the kick unless they actually block it.

From what JDB has said snapper and holder have a dramatic impact on accuracy.

Not significant, but there is an impact. The snapper is more for how accurately the ball gets delivered to the holder, the holding skill has a direct impact on the accuracy of the kick.

It would be hugely beneficial if the commentary explained why a kick might of missed. Like if the snap was high or the holder bobbled the ball. It's all a guess the way it is now

I had a highly rated kicker(89/97 kick accuracy, 90/100 kick strength, 77 Intelligence) miss from 35, 40, and 50 in a conference championship game that I lost by 7. This was with a holder that is rated 95 in kick holding and a long snapper rated 94 in long snapping. The kicking game is really starting to annoy me.

I'm wondering how much the weather conditions affect FG kicking. My kicker seems to be spot on with favorable conditions but has difficulty with a strong cross wind.

The wind will indeed impact kicking, the ball does move with the airflow.
