4.6 has been around for over 2 years now and while I agree the UI needed to be updated, it amounts to putting makeup on a pig!!

That's especially true since the game switched to a subscription model which killed a bunch of leagues. I admin 2 long standing leagues (seasons 34 & 36) and I was forced to save 1 and let the other 1 die because the majority of owners were in both leagues and very few people will pay for MFN in its current state.

I have zero issues paying for MFN but the priority needs to be on actual game play now more then ever. The new UI should have waited until a stable 4.7 was released.

100% my opinion as someone paying at the highest tier monthly!!!!

But that's just it. I think 4.6 could be better if just for the 4 things I listed out. Even if owners were forced to play players at weight makes the game balanced and if de acceleration and wr acceleration was fixed sacks on medium and long passes would drop and scoring should come back

Yeah, I don't care if he fixes 4.6 or calls it 4.7 but once you start asking for money then fixing the game play takes priority over redoing the UI to me...a paying customer.

Fix the engine then work on the UI...Pretty simple to me if you want to get more people paying for the game.

Going from free to pay if you want more then 1 team then telling everyone to wait a year while you update the UI before you address long passing, the speed exploit and other obvious issues is counter-intuitive!

It has become painfully apparent over the years that the problems *are* the point. The only reason we are still dealing with speed above all is because JDB always meant for it to be so. The only reason the AI still signs aging players to fat contracts is because JDB always meant for it to do so. The only reason some players put up video-game numbers is because JDB always wanted them to. As excited as I am about the new UI, it does not excuse these problems that should have been fixed so, so long ago. Now that I am paying for these changes, my patience is much shorter. I still think the game could be much better, but I am becoming increasingly convinced that it will never become what it could be. I wanted it to be possible for different philosophies to duke it out on a level playing field, but it seems like anybody who does not agree with JDB's preconceived notions should simply give up and go away. Am I a sucker because I'm not joining them? The subscription fee seems more like a grift to me every day.

I stopped logging in for a while. I’ve come back (for who knows how long) and the same circles of conversations are happening.

I think you mean 4.3. 4.4 lasted two weeks because it was so broken. 4.3 was pretty great even though it had its weird quirks like DBs abandoning m2m on long passes

Yes and yes.
I came in as CSB in 4.3. A few months later was 4.4, the 4.5. I really like 4.3 and 4.5, absent of their glaring lack of long passes, hot read bugs, 2.3.0 pass play bug, and on and on, but they sure were a lot more fun regarding game planning than where we are.
I'm glad MFN is moving forward.
I hope that myself and the community can continue to have all the years of patience we have had to this day moving forward.
At least today, there is true progress and not just random patches.
I trust every issue the community has addressed ad nauseum will finally have it's turn in time.

Change is hard, but we can do it ;)

Kindle issue:

Logged in under old website. After logging in, clicked Into the new website via the the tag at the top of page. Got a 404 redirect that did not redirect.

Closed browser. Opened browser, went to myfootballnow.com through Google search (as I always do on my kindle).

Upon clicking google link and logging in, current beta page opened.

Redirect does not work on kindle browser, but does save page to browser history.
